Right Hunners, here's the deal, you still have all of your "little piggies" at the moment, so lets not make hasty decisions.
I will be thinking of you on Friday Davy, I got the whole story from Chackie tonight.

Hello all. Firstly may I express my thanks to everyone for their kind words of support and encouragement. I`m pleased to say that the operation was a resounding success. I actually watched them do the procedure to inflate the collapsed artery in my leg, and saw the blood flow immediately back to my foot.
I cant thank the staff at the Queen Elizabeth enough for their professional work and also their underhand banter lol.
I now have to rest my foot as I have all the injuries caused by the lack of blood supply, and wont know for a while if I`m to lose anything, but if I do at least it will only be limited to a toe and not a foot.
Now I`m looking to find a set of crutches to use for a short while whilst the recovery takes place so if anyone has some laying around that dont need their owner any longer I`d be happy to collect?

Thanks again everyone...

Davie

Davie
Glad to hear everything went well for you and that the operation was a success and your now on the road to recovery.
You'll need to tread lightly on the volume pedal for a while, but that shouldn't be a problem with the gear you've got, just throw out yer wellie and give the neighbourhood a rest!
I thought it would be a success as the council ran a butyl liner down the main sewer near my house and the water has flowed away smoothly for years now without any problems. :o
I was thinking about you last night as I feasted on the bunch of grapes you might have had, but don't worry about me being sick as I left you some and should finish them off tonight!
Regards an appeal for a crutch, you're now at the back of a long line of steel players hopelessly looking for a crutch to lean on, but I'll let you stand in front of me until one appears! :P :P
Cheers
Robert
P.S.
Glad none of your little piggies went to market!
No longer slummin, I’ve got a Mullen and a damn good amp as well,
they’ll be well played, if not played well, seat time alone must tell!
