Yes Dickey was indeed inducted this year.

Winnie Winston and Bobby Caldwell were also inducted this year. Bobby joins Johnny Farina as being inducted primarily for their efforts as back up 6 string guitarists, although Mr Caldwell's services to steel guitar shows over the years have been immeasurable.
