Uncle Roy`s Birthday.........

I have been trying since last Thursday to get through to uncle Roy to wish him happy birthday but the bugger don`t answer the phone!!!!
I assume the rest of you guys have been having the same problem?????

He is either out there (at that grand ol age) still workin his socks off!! or my name comes up on his phone and he declines to answer........

I am sure one of you will tell me the answer...
