Just been told the Barry from long established Scottish group Jolene and Part Two has sadly passed away, my thoughts are with Wendy.

That's sad to hear, I played with band for 1yr 83/84 I think, for me it didn't work and I left. That was purely personal and there's no doubt that the harmonies produced by Barry Wendy and Billy Riddell were stunning. RIP Barry.

We are hearing way to much of this these days, I met up with Barry a few years back and he seemed in good form, I was shocked to hear this news from Davie Holland last night.

This pic taken by the Dairy Record was the second half of the seventies, before they became Jolene and Part Two, for those who don't know him Barry is the big fellow behind my left shoulder.
