Good to see several UK and Irish steel players on the Phil Mack Country show lately on channel 191.
Last evening an Appearance of Basil Henricks and last week our Eddie made several appearances plus Richard Nelson, Phil O'Neal and some players I couldn't put names to.
Well worth viewing each week . At the moment the only TV channel you will get the chance to hear steel on in the UK.

Also Dave Kirk has been on a couple of times.

I often hear my playing on various shows on that channel from recording sessions I've done. It's usually other people miming to the backing tracks in the videos. That's ok as they're much more photogenic than me anyway! Long may these shows continue. They are providing a great outlet for country music in these islands.
