Hi I am still looking for a D8 or a T8 if there is any thing out there, I do have a Rickenbaker 518. 8/10/8 but it needs a restoration all the pickups are uneven switch on one it drains the others etc. the one neck that still has full volume is a great sounding neck though.
I just don't have the time to do the restoration so I want to find something i can use and i like the fender sound.

thanks in advance

Chris

Hi Chris.

We have a gorgeous 1953 T8 over at Wunjo Guitars on Denmark Street.

Have a look at the link and feel free to come and try it or give us a call.

All the best,
Joe.

Hi Joe

I have seen it and it looks perfect, We will see if its still around when I can raise the money, it does look clean, are the pickups balanced across the neck?

I am interested.

Hi Chris,

Yes the 3 pickups are all balanced.
The only thing I've noticed is that when all 3 necks are on at the same time, the back neck (closest to the player) is slightly more trebly than the others.

The guitar has a 5 way switch to select which necks are on (like a start if you want to think of it like that) and also an "all on" toggle switch.

Hope this helps.
Thanks
Joe.
