Good and low price steel

My friend here in Spain is looking for a good steel to start with ,not a carter starter but something that's been used and reliable ,he can play dobro so not a novice,

Only two here at the moment John, I have a S10 Bennett with five levers and nine pedals, not a D/B more like 3/4 style small pad on the back was obviously made as a C6th guitar but could just as easy be a E9th
Or the other one is a Blonde Carter D10 (Ex Derek Th.) 8 X 5 I think its a 2008 model

John, The Bennett has a little pad on the back but its not a D/B more of a 3/4 size,When I have removed the excess equipment it will have 4 X 5 and its as smooth as silk to play,,,,,,,,,,
