Hi Tom
I'm not sure if Gerry Hogan would have 2" rod extensions - I believe I got mine from one of the US web sites - Cooper's might have them. You can order with either a top connection or a side connection, depending on what kind of steel you've got.
What I didn't realise is that I would need 2" 'collars' to go between the clutch and the pedal rod to stop the pedal rod 'climbing' upwards when you utilised the pedals. I ended up having to over tighten the wing nuts on the pedal rod until I found something that would make a collar. I finally found some chrome piping in B+Q which did the job. I cut the pieces to length with a hacksaw - perfect fit! Some people use plastic piping and cover it with chrome tape. You can buy them, of course. Williams web site also has the full set or rod extensions and leg collars, but not that cheap, as I recall.
I'll be in touch to suggest we meet up for a natter at some point - got quite a lot on at the moment - don't know how I dfo it really. I'm retired but seem to find my time fills up. Don't know how I ever found time to go to work!
All the best
Nick

Gerry does stock the 2" ones. They're about £7 or £8 a pop (same as the 1" ones if I recall rightly)

Tom - what leg length have you got, what do you need and how many pedal rods to go with it? If it's for a D-10, I have four legs and eight rods for a 26in height but could use 24ins. Mine are Mullen but many are interchangeable (all my guitars have been so). Get in touch to pop down if you want to check 'em out for a swap?
