Does anyone on the boards teach in London?

Many thanks
Tim

Tim, you could give BJ.Cole a look. I think he's still in southgate. He has a web sight or you can Email him at [email protected]. There are also some players who teach just outside of that London. JD is very helpfull (less than an hour away)and Tony Smart is in the Harlow area. Hope that helps. If you just want to sit with another clown who's trying to make sense of this infuriating musical mish masher I reside in Hackney E9 and am always willing to shoot the breeze. And then there's the South London steel meeting coming up in January. Details on the Steel meets section of the Forum. Hope this helps,=== Baz.

Hi Tim - as BJ says, there is a monthly meeting in south London - around 8 of us meet in a pub in Clapham - all details can be found on previous posts as BJ suggests, or drop me a pm. No 'teaching' as such, but we bash away in a 'round robin' set up playing along to backing tracks. Come along, meet and talk, sit in, or bring your steel. Plenty of helpful advice available, no musical snobs or egos - we have several good players but the majority are novices, very friendly and great fun!
Be good to see you.

I'm in Essex, Basildon way. Maybe You, Baz and me can get together at some point for a mutual exchange of minds.

Hey Tim, i'm in North london. I may be able to help you out with a few bits n bobs
