First Pedal Steel Wanted-Anything Considered

After a few years of playing lap Steel I've decided to make the jump into pedal steel. Even after a bit of research I'm still not sure what I'm after, so I thought I'd see if any experts might have some guitars for sale, or point me in the right direction. I'll consider anything, however my budget is under £1000.
