Has anyone a spare BJS tone bar knockin' about?? If so, can you tell me the dimensions and the weight of it? If you don't know the weight i can sus it out.

Thanks

Hi.
All the info you need is at the BJS website, link is below...

I have a few of these. My favorite is John Hughey birthstone 10 string bar. It makes bars slanting easy as its lighter. There is NOTHING better. butch Gardner is now the owner and maker of the bars as Bill Stroud died earlier this year.

Ps. Mark Dunn has some for sale.

I bought a BJS tone bar from Gerry Hogan a while back and am still very happy with it, looks like he still sells them: http://www.steelguitars.co.uk/Accessories.htm#TONE BARS
I don't have a spare "knockin' about" I'm afraid, but Gerry was a pleasure to do business with.

I also bought a BJS bar from Gerry Hogan. That was twenty years ago!. It's still as good as the day I first got it.

Gerry definitely has some in stock. I got one from him a while ago and one straight from Bill Stroud at Dallas a few years ago. As said by others - they are just about the best bar you can buy.
