Lap steel instructional material (Jerry Byrd)

Does anyone have some lap steel lesson books/DVDs they would be willing to sell me? I've been loooking for the Jerry Byrd course but it's as rare as hen's teeth so I'm not holding my breath. Anything books that focus on 6 string lap steels ideally as I also cannot seem to find an 8 string lap steel either. Hawaiian and country style, I like it all. Shipping to London. Thanks
