Has anyone got a spare one of these, by any chance?
I have just waited for nearly a month for delivery of this mount, from a reputable shop online. It arrived yesterday, without the swivel section on the top. I sent them a photo of their web page, showing the full assembly, along with the incomplete item they sent. Their comment was ‘that’s a stock photo, and they can change the spec at any time’. I think this is a
outrage. Why didn’t they check it before they wrapped it in half a mile of bubblewrap? If it was in a box it wouldn’t have been so infuriating. They have offered a refund, but I wouldn’t be surprised if I end up paying the postage!!!
Sorry about the rant. Hope someone can help, or I’ll get a ten quid drinks holder from Bridports nice music shop and make my own!
