Been looking on the US forum and it seems even more rare and sought after over there, there were several posts about borrowing the book and passing it around....

I have this book and I would agree with the previous comment that it's not so great. In fact, I don't think I have ever used it after a first look, even though I am a big fan of Rusty's.
