Hi guys thanks for replying. Been busy sorting out the procurement of the GFI that came on to the for sale section; with thanks to elparkirio, Bob Adams, Jimmy Gibson & Tim Davidson. All the info has been really useful RE: strings. JD I'll send you a PM with my details, very kind sir to send out a complimentary set of strings. Best - Neil

John
Your strings arrived in great time. Thanks so much for sending them so quickly. I haven't tried them out just yet but will bung a set on the dobro and let you know what I think.
Great service!

Only just seen this post John and I too agree, I would never even consider buying strings from anywhere else but from Becky. As for S.I.T. like you say, the master uses 'em that's good enough. Quite honestly people rant on about the difference in strings, I reckon you must have to have extremely sensitive ears to tell the difference. I know I'm a deaf old git now but I wasn't always. Surely it's not just down to strings, what about the pickup, the amplifier, the pedal, the effects and even the room your playing in. The same set of strings can sound completely different with different settings on your equipment and different surroundings and even using different bars and picks. Here endeth the sermon. AMEN.

Hi Derek
I have just put them on and what a difference in tone. Just ordered 5 more sets... Always good to have a supply!
Cheers
Neil
