yes Malcolm, I bought it for an old boy here in Wellingborough for birthday, it sound amazing, even my wife said when I played it how good it sounded,, it was bought from the US a few years ago, it was a C6th when new so no levers fitter back in 1971.
The birdseye maple is in great condition for it age. So I'm looking for any bits of old sho bud knee levers to make up two at least... cheers John

It looked in good condition, just didn't fancy having to spend a lot to put four levers on, otherwise may have bid for it myself.Hope you get all the parts John.

Well, well John so it was you that outbid me, I was at work so I couldn't even challenge you. Ah well, never mind eh! Did you speak to JD?? Good luck with it, I'm having a pig of a job with mine, I've been at it for a good few weeks and it's costing me a bloody fortune. Worse mistake I ever made. at least you had descent pics and knew what you were getting. Cheers.

Sorry Dave, if I had known you could have had it. There are lots or workarounds for the old buds. James Morehead is very helpful..John

That's right John I got the racks I needed from James, nice guy to deal with. What I got from him was the least I've had to spend so far. I dread to think what my electric bill is going to be like when I've done milling the bits..Dave.
