Bell crank clips

My pal Kev needs some bellcrank clips - 14 actually. Has anybody got some? Let me or "tonewheelkev" know please. In case I've not used the right term here's a fuzzy picture of two, one's a "proper" one and the other, with the plastic bushing, comes from a car window-winder train. The second sort works, at a pinch, and used to be more available - but we don't know what to ask for at the parts dept. so if anybody can put a name to them, please do.

The Bud clips are few and far between, Ted used to have some but very few, certainly not 14 I don't think and I just robbed him of one last week!!!!

Anyway does this address your problem! If so pm me an address!!!

I brought these over from the Us when I had no luck here.

Bob, those look like modern versions of the one with brown plastic bushing in my post - if they clip up a 'Bud rod then I think they will do nicely. I'll tell Kev and you can expect a call from him. Thanks, Tony.

Bent - that's neat, what's the material? I think a spring might be too err...."springy"! It must be something that'll bend easy and keep the coil shape - fine welding rod or similar :?:

Tony, I use music wire - spring steel. It is not too springy...you just press it on the end and it stays. I made up 25 today for my current build. Took me about 45 minutes
