Steel guitar items wanted

I have a friend who wants to learn the PSG. He is looking to buy a reasonably priced guitar ideally E9 with Emmons setup. As a total beginner he does not want to spend a fortune so the price is important. If you have anything likely to fit the bill please drop me a line.
