WTB Carter S10 3/5

as seen in the title, i need a used Carter S10 3/5 for a pro steeler here in France
he'll be flyin' w: it, so a compact & light model is required
Emmons copedent - most any color or finish but not green

hey guys, even tho' i consider your posts tainted w: humor, you'd be better off proposing a Carter to me than just jivin'
when buying a steel aren't we free to choose the colors we like ?
i'm sure most of us have a color that they don't wish to have
one way or another, we're all color prejudiced
the Irish love green & Lloyd used it too
for the record, to the french, green is considered as a bad luck color

OK, now I understand why not green.
Has your friend considered a Magnum. They can be bought quite cheaply, they're light and play very well IMHO.
I've set mine up with an easy pedal/lever action and after a few weeks tweaking it is almost mechanically noisless in operation without the need for lumps of foam.
Lastly, It has tone "as clean as country water".

yes, they are quite good, reliable & of course fairly scarce since John passed on
