Steel guitar items wanted

Hi everyone,
I'm interested in selling my Fender Blues Junior for something that can handle both guitar and PSG a bit better. I've seen some people using Vibrosonics, and I'm sure Peavey are good for dual purpose, but I'd really appreciate if anyone has any advice on this front?
Many thanks!
John

Hi John, Its always a compromise using one amp for two instruments, steel guitar and regular guitar require two very different voicings, I never found a twin channel amp yet that cut it for me, but a very good compromise would be, a peavey steel combo, my personal preference would be the Nashville 112, only because i prefer the sound of a 12" speaker, and run two graphic eq pedals off it, voiced for each instrument, [behringer do a decent graphic eq pedal around 35 quid], this way allows you switch between the two instruments without changing your eq every time, worked well for me for many years,

Thanks Eddie,
I've heard a bit about the Fender Twin too. It's only something I'm looking in to at the moment but if I can find a steal (steel?!) I might be interested!
