Most PSG scale lengths are 24", and 24 1/4", very few are 24 1/2", FYI

Very nice quality Andrew. Ditto on Richard Burton's comments. 24 1/4" seems to be the most common scale on modern pedal steels, and the reason is an improved tone and sustain in the upper register (fret 15 and higher) over those guitars equipped with 24" scale fretboards.

Thanks for the kind comments everyone.

Concerning the scale length, these were designed with lap / console steel in mind - they were actually designed for a model I currently have in development, but I appreciate the info which I will take on board should I design any for PSG in the future (which I may well do if I feel there is enough interest). I imagine these are perhaps also a little narrow for most PSGs (they were designed for 8 stringers)?

thanks, Andrew

Also, I think most players prefer coloured marker symbols.
Nice job though.

I think they look great :guitar:

But I was really surprised how much the coloured fretboard on my Williams helped, and how much my eyes were looking for the colours rather than the patterns when I played other guitars.
