Peavey Vegas

Postby acerod » Thu Dec 26, 2013 10:49 am

Anyone interested in a Peavey Vegas? I bought this from Scotty a few years ago but since I don't go on the road any more it's surplus to requirements. Great amp for anyone playing steel and lead guitar as it has two completely independent channels. Flight cased on casters. Offers please.
Zumsteel Encore 3+5, Mooer Red Truck, Goodrich Match-Bro, Tech 21 Para Driver, Roland Cube 30x, Guvnor dobro, '89 Fender Squier, '84 Tokai Breezysound Tele, and several accoustic guitars. COPD and bad back!

Can I weigh in with the comment that these are one of the best amps ever for doubling steel/lead guitar players. I bought a Vegas when they first came out, still use one and it does a fabulous job - especially if you have a multi FX for guitar (it does mandolin etc. brilliantly too). The steel channel is superb as is. I would have bought a second one a few months ago but couldn't sort out the transport in time. Somebody (probably in Ireland?) is going to get a great amp here. Tony.

I would be very interested in acquiring your Peavey Vegas 400 if the following can be confirmed.

It is a 220/240 volt model not a USA model with a transformer
It is is in good working condition
You would agree to take it to a nominated freight forwarder in your area and send it to me. I live in Melbourne Australia.

Please give me an indication of your asking price in UK pounds.

Regards
