Well,John Davis got me a PSG.Now I just have to learn how to play it.What a gentleman John is.He picked me up when I got lost, thanks Google Maps! Gave me a free lesson, and threw in a book, tonebar, and set of strings as well as a beautiful guitar.I just hope I can do it justice.
Thanks for your encouragement John. Now I've just got to sell loads of my equipment to pay for it,or get a divorce.
Cheers John......Jerry

Hi Wiil,
Are you the solicitor John was telling me about? My wife is actually very tolerant, given all the music gear I have bought since discovering Ebay many years ago.
I've got quite a lot of stuff that I won't be using any longer as fretting guitar becomes more difficult because of this irritating arthritis in my finger.
If anyone is interested I can let you know what I want or need to sell.
Jerry

Yes Jez, guilty as charged. Of course now I'm wondering what he's been telling you...?

Hi Will,
Don't worry,John was full of praise for you! Apparently you're a very good steel player.[Steel player? See? I'm slipping into the vernacular with the minimum of ease, and I can't even play yet.]
I've managed to put the ZB together, but I've got to wait 'til tomorrow to have a friend help me move it to an upright position.
Good grief...the joys of getting old.
Take it easy,,,,,,Jerry

You could'nt get a better steel than a ZB ,Jerry ,I've had quite few in my time and have an SD-11 now,it was originally a D10/11
but at my age it was too bloody heavy so I took the C6th neck off, it can be reinstated should it get consigned to the spare
bedroom/studio !
You'll enjoy playing steel and you could'nt meet a nicer bloke than John Davis, he'll assist with any problems you might
encounter.
All the best, Frank. Wales
