Hello
Following the recent death of my father I have a 10 string four knee lever, 3 foot pedal sho bud pedal steel serial number 5310 model 6139. I am looking to sell the item but unfortunately do not know anything about it or what to ask for it. Any advise from someone in the know would be greatly appreciated. I will happily email photos to you if it help with identifying the model of rough valuation.
Thanks in advance
Stuart

Stuart,
Could you post some pics, suggest asking price if you have been advised, and say where the guitar can be seen? Many thanks.

What a great looking steel
Gumby headstock, teardrop levers, possibly rack and barrel, and in pristine condition, now that's what I call a find.
You asked for a rough valuation, I've just done a search on the steel guitar forum, they're anywhere between $1200 to $1500
If your steel looks like this one, it's a rack and barrel
