1971 Emmons S10 Push pull three pedals four knee levers and tone to the bone..
JCM USA built S10 Pedal steel with three floor pedals and four knee levers.

Here is the Rains D10 after extensive work on the under carriage it is now 8 plus 6 levers 3 of them working on the back neck.
