Red Stone custom pedal steel guitar for sale

My dad bought this from new, custom-made from Red Stone in Kent in early 1980.

10 strings, 4 knee levers and pedals, volume pedal, adjustable stainless steel legs, hardwood body. Extremely good condition (like new). My dad struggled to learn it, so hardly used.

Dad died almost 6 years ago, Mum is now moving house and wishes to sell it. I have seen that the original maker of this sadly passed away recently but that some of his colleagues and friends are on this site, would appreciate it and point me in the right direction to make a good sale?

Hi Dave my name is Ray Horton I was trying to get to grips with playing a pedal steel guitar in the 1970s I purchased from Jim Smith the first redstone custom Steel guitar he made I still have photographs of this instrument eventually I sold it on to Ted Barrett I then progressed to using ZB hope you're keeping well all the best Ray
