Sussed it!! you have to click on your little speaker icon bottom right of the screen and the box is muted where the slider is....

And yes, David is probably right in this instance .........but you could try ear muffs ??

Will, If you think this guitar lacks body you should come and try to lift it!! the wood skirts are about an inch thick....
got more body than most....
