My friend Pete Willsher sadly died a month or so back. His partner, Vicki, has asked me to find a new home for Pete's Bennett 14 string pedal Steel guitar. (Vicki is blind which is why I'm involved). This is Pete's 14 string Bennett. So sad to learn of his passing. He was really good to me in the 1970's, giving me a number of sessions that he couldn't do himself.

Is this the Bennett advertised on ebay for £ 495 ? if so, somebody is going to get a megga bargain !!

Yes Frank it is Pete's guitar and will be a very good buy for someone if no one else buys it then I will.
The main problem being a 14 string is a bit intimidating to a newby but it could be played as a 12, it is a pro Bennett worth a lot more than its starting bid so dont hold back go for it!

Yes, just saw that it has had another bid for £500 , let's hope it gets more and goes to a good home and not be vandalized or butchered !

The world has gone upside down when there is an Emmons guitar student model black rock at over 1210 pounds and Pete's guitar is at 510 !!
