Emmons D10 mid 70s push/pull

Postby Dave Nutt » Mon Jan 31, 2011 9:42 pm

For Sale- Emmons D10 - 8 and 4 (5the knee lever dismantled but all parts can be supplied with guitar)
This is the mid 70s Emmons that Scotlands Bob Adams did a brilliant rebuild/finish. It was Bobs personal #1 guitar for quite a while.
Guitar is finished in red, chrome necks, and all excellent condition. Its a push/pull mechanism with the true vintage P/P sound, the guitar is set up Day style, with knees Es lower and raises on left knee and eb lower and f# raise on right knees.
The guitar is in excellent condition. The case is tatty but usable/servicable.

I have owned D10s for many years, but like most senior (aka old) steelies the weight and lugging it around is becoming increasingly difficult (bad knees, back, arms .lol)
Im looking to exchange with cash adjustment for a quality S10 or sell outright. The guitar is currently in Llandovery, South Wales about 22 miles from the end of the M4.
Anyone interested pm me please.
Dave.

hallo Dave, I am interested in your Emmons. I play a ZB 10-string 3 pedal/4 levers (one disconnected) single neck, which I'd like to sell or exchange. I bought it from Roy Heap circa 1991. It sounds very nice, plays well but however it is not in specially good condition. Also weighs several tons! If you were to sell rather than exchange, what would your price be? Jason Neil
