Ken, I have never seen this instrument before seeing it on here, But something else I noticed with it is the end plates are not original either,
Sho-Bud plates have a step down were they fit the front apron and the inlays are not standard, so you are probably right it is a non standard cabinet.

The inlays are not positioned the same distance from the edges of most Pro 111 cabinets that I've seen Ron - that's why I thought it was a bespoke cabinet when I first saw it.

I have to disagree with Tony's view in his earlier post that the fretboard and headstock are not original. To the contrary - I believe they are. It is a dustcatcher fretboard.

It is creeping up in price on the eBay site.
