You're right Henry - it's the other one that's a 12 (but strung up with 10) They both look to be by the same maker and both in Falmouth. The workmanship seems pretty good but "custom" (home-made) guitars can be anything from superb to rubbish. From the keyless head and bridge, someone seems to know a bit about PSG design. These look like "keep-set-up-at-home" guitars to me, due to the slightly unusual appearence (I have a Sierra in that category).
Some parts look look familiar; I'd love to see the undercarriage!
