MSA Universal 8 + 4 Blue Laquer

I have been asked by Katie Parkhouse, daughter of the late Sue Parkhouse, to dispose of Sue's steel guitar.
Its a MSA Universal 8 + 4 in blue lacquer. The guitar is in beautifull condition. It has spent its whole life sitting in Sue's
living room. Im not sure how the guitar is set-up, it could be in universal tuning or possibly E9th Extended. The guitar is
