Are you looking for gigs for yourself or your band

Hello to you all,
I am part of a country/americana/acoustic band that have two guitars, bass, drums and both male and female lead vocals. Those that have heard us have been impressed and we are just polishing the set list before gigging. We also have a soundman.
Ideally we would like to add a steelie/dobro player but if you play either/or thats fine.
Please note our set list is quite varied and there isn't really any traditional country so dont want to miss-inform. Some of the songs artists we cover are:-
The Decemberists, Elvis, Jolene (parton), Edens Edge, The band Perry, Ryan Bingham, The Jayhawkes, CCR, Jackson (cash/carter), Folsom Prison Blues (cash), Wagon Wheel, Steve Earle, Mockingbird (moorer), Strawberry wine etc, we also chuck in a few 1,4,5's. Both vocalists are of a very good standard as are musicians, we have our own PA and all musos have excellent gear, we rehearse either in Basingstoke or Newbury approx 3 times a month.
We've got no problem with anyone coming along regardless of standard as long as you don't mind a polite no thanks if we don't think you'll fit and equally we will not be offended if we're not your thing. Our age ranges from around 38+.
Thanks for reading
Darren

Hi there, my name is Slim and I live in Reading.
I play pedal steel, and have worked with Carl Perkins, Don Gibson and one or two other Americans, but that was back in the 80's, so it stands to reason I'm a little older than your band members.
At this time I'm working with an American who has lived over here for the past 30 years, we do the odd old folks home's and day centers, it gives us something to do, and give's us a little income.
I also work with band's when they need a stand in,i.e, Ridgeway Country, Twylight Country, Steve Schrelle Band, and Fat Cat Country, but they are few and far between.
I'm not about to retire, but travelling long distances is a bit out of my want to do things.
29th July Bill and myself are playing at the Newbury Country day at the British Legion if you want a look see.
If you already have someone than that's ok, just thopught I'd drop you a line, regards, Slim.
