Just thought I'd get in first with a plug for the Austin Pickers gig tomorrow night at Poppy's Club, Bulkington CV12 9QX, featuring the considerable mastery of Mr John Davis on pedal steel guitar - a mix of classic 60s and 70s country from a band of very talented musicians (plus your truly) 
I will be playing acoustic guitar with a bit of singing, but really that's just a cover for my main agenda of seeing John play!
Seriously, this is a great night - free entry, cheap drinks, great music. Would be great to see you there!

Sid! I tell you now, brown nosing will not get you the Double 8 Remington Steelmaster any cheaper! the price is firm.......
