It's a Denley, very similar to one that I gigged for many years.
There's enough parts there to make it a SD 10 , but, with only two knee levers, it's currently not worth anywhere near the opening price

Someone is selling a Carter changer mechanism on Ebay that would slot into this Rotosound / Denley. They had very good tone, but the mechanics let them down somewhat.
