Glad you have found the forum.
Folks, Martin made one of his excellent custom capos for my Weissenborn at the end of last year, just like the one he is using on this video.
He makes them custom to the size of your neck, the great thing about them, apart from the precision engineering element, is that they sit solid onto the neck, so retain good tone. His service is 2nd to none and I'm over the moon with the capo he made for me.
(He's also a sh*t hot player as you can hear

My only question is - does the white glove on your right hand give you better tone
