*******Howzabout this for quality?********

Look at these from a UK manufacturer. I would love to see one of Dave's guitars at a steel guitar show in the USA. That would put the cat among the pigeons

Absolutely Billy and Roy.

Even the brilliant Mark Giles would be impressed with the cabinetry and inlays. Mr MSA himself - Ivor Greenwood - would be hard pressed to find anything to complain about with the Sheffields that Dave is producing at the moment.

Well Bob, I've got the best that America can offer, but wifey will kill me if I buy any more guitars. I'm under immense pressure to thin the herd, not add to it. If I was in the market for another guitar, I would be beating Dave's door down.

With all due respect to UK steel guitar builders past and present, this guy is putting out a product that is second to none. The engineering that goes into his guitars is way beyond adequate. :D :D

They are, from what I've seen in pics, head and shoulders above whats available from some "Professional" builders.
Pure Quality.
