Found this, thought others might find it interesting,

Gary must be a fan of Nickel Creek, no pedal steel but great songs.

Good find Geoff. I think that Gary is not far behind the 'big three' that he named. In terms of his tuning on E9, I reckon he will be a trend setter.

Cheers guys, his CD has been playing constantly on my stereo since I got it, driving my wife nuts :?

My favourite solo at the moment is the one directly after the first fiddle solo in Any Old Road, words cannot describe..

I had a bit of an email exchange with Gary after his first posted CD didn't arrive, I asked him who the other musicians were on the CD as the info isn't on the CD, so for all these interested here is the list he sent me,

Credits
Danny Parks: Acoustic Guitars, Electric Guitars, Mandolin, Fiddle
Jimmy Carter, Dow Tomlin Bass guitar
Jason Roller: Fiddle, Banjo, Mandolin, Acoustic Guitar
Drums: Brian Fuller
Gary Smith: Piano and Keys
Dane Bryant: Piano and keys
Marty Stuart: Mandolin

Mastered by Anthony Johnson
Mixed by Gary Carter
