Postby David Hartley » Mon Nov 11, 2013 12:37 am

I have just discovered this video, tonight, I didn't know anything about ths until the ex-wife called me at 11:30pm and asked me is it really our daughter.

Well,it is...

I might track it up, and get her in the studio....

Please comment on the video for her, it's her request...

Much appreciated,

DH

Great Sound Emmy-lou. loosen your wrist up a little, and keep your hand moving whether your hitting the strings or not.
David-get her in the studio!

With the best possible intention here... I think some singing lessons would give great reward. She has a nice voice, but lacks projection. The voice is an instrument that needs to be played, but also has to be learned. Singing lessons would help her to improve volume, range, tonality, dynamics, diction, musical 'ear'... and would counteract the volume in the guitar. Tonality would be important, too, if she were to record with psg.

Nice voice....it's hard to sing by yourself in front of a camera......sure bet we'd hear an audible change, if Dad and John were backing her up. I'd tell her to sing every chance she gets. Experience will strengthen her voice and confidence....I see a lot of raw natural talent, no doubt from her Dad.
