Baz's bars

I bought one of Baz's bars quite some time ago but resisted using it as I felt my trusty BJS gave me more attack on the strings but the other evening at Bulkington I used it all evening and I am hooked! It is so much nicer in the hand and the BJS does not reach operating temperature until I have played for an hour ! BAZ I will be wanting another in the very near future...

Using a bit of clever salesmanship Baz let Donny have the use of one of his bars about a couple of years back, it was passed around the SSGW meetings at Gartcosh and was a resounding success, therefore half the steel players in Bonnie Scotland have bought at least one and are now using them to make their playing a lot better, and Baz a richer man?

I was just returning to steel playing after a long absence and found the difference between a steel bar and the Eezee slide very pronounced and I have not used a steel bar since, Dessa tried mine at Gartcosh but still preferred a steel bar, several months later he became the proud owner of one of Baz's creations.

You were not " set on your ways " when you won that MSA in a " raffle " it's others that were to " slow on the uptake " with that one!
But at least you used one of Baz's bars to demonstrate it's clean sound properly
