***Sheffield Steel - doesn't get any better than this***

Well it can be formally announced as it is in the public domain. Dave Wheelhouse has spent the best part of the last year building one of his creations for none other than Nashville legend Tommy White. It has long been a pipe dream of Dave's to see Tommy playing one of his guitars. Following discussions between the two of them, Dave set about building a guitar for Tommy to his specification. Only one or two of us in the UK were aware of the situation, and is was a closely guarded secret. Some weeks ago, Dave asked me to pop over to his house and give Tommy's guitar the once over. As Tommy and I are Day players (that's where any similarities end) I had a little play on the guitar and it was great. I just hope that Tommy has some comprehension of the amount of work that Dave put into the guitar. The number of man hours must have been incredible. Anyway, it has all come to fruition, and Dave and Debbie Wheelhouse made the trip across the Atlantic by ship and delivered the guitar personally to Tommy. Here it is folks, and kudos to Dave for fulfilling his dream.

Nice one Dave :guitar: :guitar: :guitar:

That's another beauty from the House Of Sheffield. Hopefully this will shine a light on your guitars, over there.
I'm looking forward to hearing it being played, even though it'll probably be on youtube.

Thanks for the informative post, Ken.

Very well done Dave, the building and delivery of that steel must take "job satisfaction" to a new level :P :guitar: :guitar:
No longer slummin, I’ve got a Mullen and a damn good amp as well,
they’ll be well played, if not played well, seat time alone must tell!

Hi guys, thank you for your very kind words, I do appreciate them! I'm still in total shock of it all, people, musicians and stars have been coming up to us and congratulating me/us, I must be dreaming. Just a Big thank you to Tommy for making my dream come true!! He does fully appreciate what we've done and he's in love with his new guitar!
