I don't know how often my dear wife has heard that line ;) and it's got to the stage it no longer washes  and I am sure other steelies are in the same boat  :guitar:

As for your "readers steels" feature, that would make a very good subject to post, but "Ricky" is from an older generation and too much of a lady to feature in that type of picture   besides I have younger models that are only to ready to come out of the closet and show off their good looks :o :guitar:

No doubt others will be able to show off their hidden jewels that lurk in cupboards or under beds ect, another name for the posts could be a line from Nellie Wilson's song " all the girls I've loved before " :guitar: :guitar: 8-)

P.S.
Danny
"lad's mags don't count" leave them under the bed!
No longer slummin, I’ve got a Mullen and a damn good amp as well,
they’ll be well played, if not played well, seat time alone must tell!

Geoff - lovely looking guitar! I reckon my blonde Ben-Rom would make a great centrefold... :o

What's the knurled button on the driver's side at fret 3 for?

Hi Nick, well you know what they say - gentlemen prefer blondes ;)

It would be good to see some pictures of your Ben Rom, I used to enjoy reading Bens posts on the steel guitar builders website, he certainly knows his stuff and has a good reputation re his builds.

The knob is a brightness control for the Lfrets underlit led fretboard, I'll post up a picture of how it looks in the dark with the Lfrets on when I get a chance.

Geoff, whatever you do do not let that Gamble character near it,as we have to protect our status as MSA owners. I have checked through all my pics of him playing mine and destroyed them before anyone sees them and the value of guitar drops. ;) ;)

Malcolm,
You may live to regret your quote below

When "Oor Wullie" reaches his potential as a superstar and becomes world famous, you'll regret your actions in having destroyed the evidence that he once honoured your instrument by playing it, with no proof of association to the guru of steel :guitar:  you know your :censored: will be oot the windae
At last month's Gartcosh meeting he had nothing but praise for Geoff's instrument and the quality of M.S.A. Guitars
IMHO you should endorse the association formed with "William" when you both started out on the difficult journey of learning to play pedal steel.
Before destroying all photos and to make amends, you should have an enlarged copy made and ask your good friend to sign it, :P this will prove to be a good investment for the future and give you a better return on your money than hoarding it under a mattress.
Robert
P.S.
Mr Bling may even pay you good money for a copy of the photae!

Robert - McMiser's mattress is now so far off the ground that he has to have a step-ladder to get into bed!

BTW - Willie is a superstar in the steel guitar world, and one of the best on this side of the watery divide that separates us from our brothers in the great US of A. I wish that the powers that be would invite him to play on the main stage at Dallas. He would be a most popular addition. :D
