The amazing GFI Ultra

Postby JohnDavisStringsHere » Mon Nov 07, 2011 9:53 am

After playing this beautiful guitar for about 20 minutes my old push/pull Emmons felt like a bit of a clunker! The engineering is superb and the design faultless. The guitar is light without being flimsy and a joy to play! This was the model that Buddy Charlton was playing when I went to Billy Coopers for my lesson, with hindsight I guess Buddy was a fair judge on quality.

John - the GFI is not the prettiest guitar on the market, but it is superbly engineered. Bobbe Seymour sells a bin load of them as they are light, clean and sound great. I was tempted to buy that guitar myself.

I am looking to get a bigger shed John. You shouldn't have any trouble offloading that guitar - one of the best modern guitars around today. Is it Day or Emmons?
