The Ernie Ball Steel guitar project,

When this little guitar came through the door I thought clean it up make it work and it will help somebody to get started playing steel guitarBut after a closer look at the keyless mechanism I decided it was not good enough it could have been designed by a watch maker It would never stand the test of time .
So the plan now is to extend the body by about two inches and fit a standard rack of tuning heads I will post pictures as I go .
