Yes David, they come from Clem.
Clem has a very radical thought process when it comes to overcoming hurdles with steel guitars, particularly the Emmons push pull. I've been buying from him for many years now, and he is a really nice guy. He has sent me loads of DVDs and CDs of live steel guitar shows that he has taken over the years. I had a problem getting my 2nd string on my E9 neck to raise a semitone and lower a full tone. He talked me through it in 5 minutes.
