The main point of Cockney Rhyming Slang is intimation, It's not apropos to use the FULL expression, It's not said as "Apple and Pears" or "Trouble and Strife"
It's "up the Apples," or my "Trouble has, "whatever she has.. etc.just the first word indicates the phrase, because it's an ESTABLISHED phrase and the one word is all the reference that's needed.
That is of course when it's one of the accepted ones. When you make one up, you loose the whole ethos of the lexical challenge and play on words.

would be the Pearly's way. And isn't it concise..!

All by inference and commonality of phraseology, roughly it would equate to this.. ------>
The Jean-Claude van Damme (Cockney for Spam) and Horse and Trap (Cockney for Crap), all over your Sunday Roast, (Cockney for Post) was only a Rum and Coke (Cockney for Joke)

Unusual to see an early 70`s Bud without any colour fading but this is one! Just goes to show that if you leave it under the bed for 30 years and never show it daylight you can retain the colour....

I could well imagine my wife's response if I was doing my guitar in the kitchen !!
As it is, I have a little shed/workshop which is ideal for me as I'm reinstating the
C6th neck on the ZB, Lin is'nt happy with me having to buy a drill stand and vice
and a standard vice as I managed to break mine , oh well, press on !! !
