Metal polish

I bought some jars of Mothers Mag and Alloy Polish when I was in the States in March this year. I have used this make for the last 8 or 9 years and found it to be excellent for polishing aluminium on steel guitars.
What do you guys and gals use for polishing the metal, lacquer and mica on your guitars?

If anyone wants to buy Mothers Mag. here, this is about the cheapest.

Quite expensive, it's just gone up. With postage you won't get much change out of a tenner.

It is half that price in the USA (as are a lot of of things
) I always make a point of going to Walmart when I go to the States and stock up on Mothers Mag & Alloy polish. The local Walmart in Fort Worth actually ran out for a few days when I last went there.
I use common or garden Pledge polish on lacquer and mica, or rather I get my guitar polisher to do it. She has become quite proficient now.
