1st and 2nd string raise

Thanks to a shiny new bell crank from Bob Adams I finally made I the move into the 1990's and added a semitone raise to string 2 and changed strings 1 and 7 to whole tone raises.

Setup wasn't too difficult although I've ended up with a longer/stiffer lever throw than I'd like. I don't think I can move the brass swivel on string 2 to the uppermost hole without sacrificing my half-stop rod which you can see running above it in the pic.

I use the semitone raises on 1 and 7 a lot and I think I'm going to get used to guessing the lever distance OK. Now I need to work on some nifty unison licks and work out what to do with a whole tone on string 7. Any ideas welcome!

Hi Jonathan
I like that 7 string pulling to a full tone, as it gives a nice A Maj7 chord with A + B down on the open strings.

Thanks Ken, there's a good starting point, I find the open Maj 7 with string 2 a bit hard to do anything with if you know what I mean. I imagine the raise on 2 will add some possibilities there...
