I just learnt to remember that if I mess up on camera there is always another take, and if I continue to mess those following takes up...there is always another day. True live stuff will always have mistakes, its just making sure your mistakes are confined to silly little ones that hardly anyone notice and not massive ones. And remember...sometimes mistakes through nerves can somehow sound epic...I found that out on my first gig at age 16, when my foot slipped off of pedal B and in my dramatic split second movement to get it back on, it did a mental Tom Brumley squeeze.

To be honest though, for videos I have to get myself motivated as I can lack the same energy of playing gigs. Close your eyes, listen to something that means a lot to you, punch a wall (with the karate chop side of your hand, not with your knuckles) and shout "Come on Leeds!".
That's how I get myself in the video mood.
