When I put a bogof offer on the forum I was just mucking about But then I gave it some more serious thought, Because of my inability to learn music theory and apply it to the pedal steel guitar My only way forward was to practice every day and this I can do with the flick of a switch as I have 2 guitars set up exactly the same way, one at home and one for the road.
If your practise session involves build it up, strip it down and lug that heavy box around, half of your time and your insentive to play is gone..
If you can buy 2 guitars of the same model, One of them like new the other more experienced For less than the cost of one guitar brand new from America then the idea does not seem so silly.
